Groundbreaking is now underway for Phase I of the three-phase expansion of the Phoenix Civic Plaza Convention Center. Once completed in early 2006, Phase 1 will feature over 150,000 s.f. of exhibition/ meeting space with the latest technology.

Developmental Steps There are three steps in the development process

Meeting Space Height: 110' Above Ground Parking: 200 Cars Construction: Mid 2004 - Early 2006	Step 2 Replace North Building 400,000 s.f. Exhibition Space 100,000 s.f. Meeting Space 50,000 s.f. Ballroom Height: 100' Above Ground Parking: Up to 400 Cars Construction: Early 2006 - Late 2008	Step 3 Renovate Interior of South Building 110,000 s.f. Exhibition Space 30,000 s.f.
